     The special offer is addressed to all the customers of Romtehnochim which enter our site and qualify for the participation conditions in the following regulation:

 

     ART. 1 - ORGANIZER AND REGULATION OF ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONING OF THE PROMOTION:

• 1.1 - The Special Offer Organizer is the company ROMTEHNOCHIM LLC, Romanian legal entity, with its headquarters in Bucharest, Str. Neajlovului nr. 82, Sector 1 and project site in Ilfov, 288 Sos. Giurgiului, Jilava, registered at the Trade Register in Bucharest with nr. J40/21214/1993, unique registration code RO4643777, holder of the bank account RO39BTRL04401202003372XX, opened at Transilvania Bank – Obor Lacul Tei Branch, tel. 0212-457.1693, fax. 021-457.0638, represented by the General Manager Mr. Adrian Petre as Organizer.
• 1.2 - The organizer reserves the right to change or complete the regulation and also the right to suspend and/or stop the functioning of the special offer.
• 1.3 - The changing, suspending or stopping the Special Offer, will be posted on our site minimum 3 days before execution.

     ART. 2 - THE SPECIAL OFFER DURATION:

• 2.1 - The duration of our special offer is mentioned in the special offer slot of each product.

     ART. 3 - PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS FOR THE SPECIAL OFFER

• 3.1 - To qualify for the special offer, which means the quantity discount or receiving related products, according to each special offer, the user has to sign in by introducing the requested information in the given slots: full name, company, e-mail address. By pushing the Create Account, button a series of numbers will appear in the space above representing the users unique code. Before sending please read carefully the participation conditions and tick the right slot. By pushing the “Send” button the user will be added to our data base and will receive an email with the generated code which is valid only during the special offer period.  »»

• 3.2 - Please fill in correctly all the required slots.
• 3.3 - The email confirmation will contain the Personal Code, name of the representative and of the beneficiary company and also the name of the beneficiary product included in the special offer. Keep these dates carefully. Obligatory, these will accompany command.
• 3.4 - A legal or natural entity may participate to our special offer with an unlimited number of products included in the special offer, and a product may be registered more than once into the special offer, during the entire period of the special offer without any restrictions regarding quantity.
• 3.5 - The special offers strictly refer to the products no to their price which will remain unchanged.
• 3.6 - Legal entities or natural entities with payment delays and outstanding payments to the organizer of the special offer S.C. “Romtehnochim” LLC, other than the payments in term regulated by contract; do not have to right to participate..

     ART. 4 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

• 4.1 - According to the valid laws (Law nr. 677/2001 for personal protection regarding processing the personal information and distribution of this information – published in the official gazette nr. 790 from 12th of December 2001) the organizer assumes the responsibility of using this information only with the participant’s permission, expressed by selecting the slot announcing this regulation.
• 4.2 - Personal information such as: email, telephone number, name, etc. will be used only for communication purpose between Participant and Organizer and will not be shared with other parties by any reason.

     ART. 5 - OTHER:

• 5.1 - The Organizer is obliged to comply with the Regulation. The participation regulation is available free of charge to any requester, during the special offer.  »»

• 5.2 - By participating in the special offer, the participants agree to abide by the rules and other conditions set by the official special offer rules.
• 5.3 - If the organizer finds that a winner has not met and /or failed to comply with the conditions stipulated by the official special offer rules, reserves the right to terminate at any time the rights and benefits destined to the winner, without further compensation of payment.
