Description

    The “Emex”Epoxy Impregnation Base Coat for Paving, (called also Epoxy Primer) isa professional product based on epoxy resins without solvent and special additives that interlaces with the poly amino amides as hardener. The product is characterized by exceptional adherence to the support, resistance and great stability in highly aggressive chemical environments, acidic or alkaline, high temperature variations, exceptional resistance to wear and abrasion, etc. It is intended for preparing the surfaces prior to application the paints or epoxy paving.

    The “Emex”Epoxy (Epoxy Primer) Impregnation Base Coat for Paving is intended for professional use for preparing the concrete surfaces. This product provides maximum of compatibility to the self-leveling paving or the paints for epoxy or polyurethane paving, achieving for them an excellent substrate, by efficient fixing it.

     It is used with excellent results for preparing of all paving that require a superior protection against different factors, from friction and mechanically wear to exposure to aggressive chemical environments, the presence of hydrocarbons, etc.

         Being in system with the “Emex” epoxy bicomponent paving and with the epoxy paint this product is also sanitary approved and is recommended for special conditions of hygiene such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of European standards..

     For correct preparation of the surfaces is required the mechanical cleaning for removing any spot or traces of contaminants.

    It is recommended for preparing the concrete paving prior to the “Emex”Epoxy Paint, a “Emex”Epoxy Self- Leveling Paving, a “Emex”Epoxy Skidproof Paving, or other similar epoxy products.

    The “Emex”Epoxy Primer Impregnation for Paving is also compatible with paving or polyurethane paints, according to the manufacturer's recommendation.
