Description

     The “Emex” Bicomponent Self-Leveling Polyurethane Paving is a professional product based on acrylic polios, pigments and special additives that uses polyisocyanates as hardener. The product is characterized by exceptional adherence to the support, resistance and great stability in highly aggressive chemical environments, acidic or alkaline, high temperature variations, exceptional resistance to wear and abrasion, etc. This product is fabricated in different types of hardness and can be colored in a great number of RAL colors.

     The “Emex” Bicomponent Self-Leveling Polyurethane Paving is intended for professional use for protecting and decorating the concrete paving in order to achieve a great aspect, with persistent superior gloss and excellent and lasting resistance characteristics.

     It is used with excellent results on all paving that require a superior protection against aggressive factors, from friction and mechanically wear to exposure to strong chemical aggressive areas, the presence of hydrocarbons or chemical compounds like MeOH or EtOH.

     “Emex” Bicomponent Polyurethane Paving is sanitary approved and is recommended for special conditions of hygiene such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of European standards..

     For correct preparation of the surfaces is required the mechanical cleaning for removing any spot or traces of contaminants and covering with “Emex” Polyurethane Impregnation Base Coat. The application is made by founding and stretching with ravel, followed by venting with needle rollers.

     The polyurethane self-leveling paving is used for civil and industrial constructions, for execution of interior paving “high solid” type, with self-leveling, with great final aspect, especially in high wear areas (intense traffic), exposed to chemical environments or for special protection such as: plant yards, motor services, industrial warehouses, exhibitions, show rooms, hospitals, laboratories, schools, restaurants kitchens, canteens, bakeries, etc.
