Description

     The “Emex” Elastic Self-Leveling Polyurethane Paving is a professional product based on acrylic polios, pigments and special additives that uses polyisocyanates as hardener. The product is characterized by exceptional adherence to the support, and great resistance to mechanically shocks. It is specifically designed for gymnasia and grounds or playgrounds with a high degree of elasticity and high resistance to traffic and wear. The EMEX Elastic Self-Leveling Polyurethane Paving can be colored in a wide range of RAL colors.

     The “Emex” Elastic Self-Leveling Polyurethane Paving is intended for professional use especially for protecting and decorating the paving of the gymnasia and grounds or playgrounds, in order to achieve elasticity characters required for the specific athletic activities, but also a great aspect and excellent and lasting resistance characteristics.

     It is used with excellent results on all paving that require a superior elasticity and the capacity of taking-over the shocks, but also for the ones that require a display and an excellent aspect, but also protection against intense traffic.

     The “Emex” Elastic Self-Leveling Polyurethane Paving is sanitary approved and is recommended also for special conditions of hygiene such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of European standards..

     For correct preparation of the surfaces is required the mechanical cleaning for removing any spot or traces of contaminants and covering with “Emex” Polyurethane Impregnation Base Coat. The application is made by founding and stretching with ravels, followed by venting with needle rollers.

     This type of polyurethane paving can be used for civil and industrial constructions, for execution of interior paving, with self-leveling, with great final aspect, especially used in high wear areas (intense traffic), for special protection such as: plant yards, motor services, industrial warehouses, exhibitions, show rooms, hospitals, laboratories, schools, restaurants kitchens, canteens, bakeries, etc.
