“EMEX AQUA PROTECT”IMPERMEABLE DECORATIVE PLASTER

Description

     The “Emex Aqua Protect” Impermeable Decorative Plaster is a new generation formulation, based on acrylic polymers, fillers and specific additives with addition of marble grains of different sizes, intended for superior decorative finishing plasters, with structured, scuffed final aspect. Its main property is to reject both water (also helping to support impermeabilization) and dirt. It has a very good adherence to the support and high resistance to weather. It is fabricated in any shade according to the NCS color card, or it can be colored with coloring paste.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex Aqua Protect” Impermeable Decorative Plaster, due to its high resistance to water and to its capacity of impermeabilization of the support is used especially for protection and covering the exterior surfaces of civil and industrial buildings, new or old, directly exposed to weather and environmental factors, keeping the possibility of achieving of visual effects.      This waterproofing plaster, although a last generation product, of high performance, can be obtained at a very affordable price. The plaster is resistant to water action, keeping a impermeable layer, and environmental factors, keeping its qualities regardless of geographic area (mountainous areas exposed to fog, rain, etc., shore areas, exposed to the action of salt, etc.).

    For application are agreed most of surfaces with mineral base: modern cement plasters, concrete, masonry, lime and cement plaster, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plaster based on binding material, gypsum board, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, old organic or mineral paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings.

     The surfaces will be mandatory primed with Base coat with quartz for priming for “EMEX” plasters, which has a complementary role to create anchor points for increasing the adhesion of plaster to the support.

     In case of areas affected by molds or fungi, they will be treated with Forte “Emex” sanitizer.

     It will also be applied a first layer of “Emex” superwashable exterior paint, as background layer.
