Description

         The “Emex” Automotive Enamel for Equipment is a monocomponent professional product, with air drying, based on weak alkyd resins, melamine resins, pigments, specific additives and organic solvents. Is a product with superior features of film characterized by exceptional adhesion to the support, resistance and great stability to weather conditions and UV, hardness and low drying time.

     The EMEX automotive enamel for equipment can be colored in any shade of the RAL color card.

Utilization Domains

         The “Emex” Automotive Enamel for Equipment is intended for professional use as final layer in protection systems and finishing of the equipments (trucks, cranes, bridges, lift trucks, body parts and auto parts, etc.).

     Although it is primarily designed for application on the metal it can be successfully used for different supports, which require a superior degree of protection and superior finishing.

     For proper preparation of the metal surfaces is recommended mechanical cleaning and previous priming with “Emex” anti corrosive base coat for equipment, or even with “Emex” Anticorrosive chlorinated rubber base coat.

     The product is recommended for: - cranes, bridges, lift trucks, trucks or body auto parts or equipment, surfaces of steel, frames and metallic racks, grills, railings, metal furniture, other metal surfaces that require a superior protection;

     The product can be used also for: - concrete surfaces, masonry, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plaster based on binding material, gypsum board, absorbent mineral conglomerates, but also for wood surfaces, mdf, osb, plywood, wainscoting, eaves, cases, panels, beams, ply, panel, etc.

     It is recommended for protection of over ground construction elements.

     It is not recommended for new galvanized steel or stainless steel.
