Description

     The “Emex” Chlorinated Rubber Anticorossive Primer is a monocomponent, professional product, based on chlorinated rubber emulsions, pigments, plasticizers, solvents and special additives. The product, characterized by excellent adherence to the support, resistance and great stability to weighted aggressive chemical environments, acidic or alkaline, temperature variations, resistance to water, wear and abrasion, weather, etc is intended for preparing and protecting against corrosion the metallic surfaces and ensuring prior to painting with Chlorinated rubber paint.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex” Base Coat for Metals Based on Chlorinated Rubber is intended for professional use for anticorrosive protection of the metallic surfaces, both interior and exterior conditions, operated in weighted aggressive chemical environments, as initial layer prior to covering with Chlorinated rubber paints.

     Being in system with the “Emex” Chlorinated rubber paint this product is sanitary approved and is recommended for special conditions of hygiene such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of European standards.

     For the correct preparation of the surface is recommended the removal of any traces of paints by application of an “Emex CM Cleaner” remover, or an “Emex PC ECO” Ecological Remover followed by cleaning with mechanic ravels, roughening and removal of dust.

     The product is recommended for steel and metal surfaces (in underground and above ground areas): pipes, ducts, tanks, radiators, sheet metal, frames and metallic racks, grills, railings, metal furniture, metal mounting brackets, fences, railings, gates, metal fittings, iron poles, scenes, beams, metal stands and canopies, etc.

     The Anticorrosive Chlorinated Rubber Base Coat can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying with air or air-less. It will not be applied in thick layers, or with a drawer. On angles or crests it will apply double layers.

     The dilution will be done with “Emex” Diluent for Chlorinated rubber paints.
