Description

     The “Emex” Metal-Faced Paint with Hammer Blow Effectoften called “Hammerschlag”, is a monocomponent, professional product, based on acrylic resin, special bronze – aluminum paste, additives, anticorrosive pigments and organic solvents for covering the metallic surfaces and the correction of their flatness defects, ensuring a high resistance to corrosion and a metallic effect, a little bold, special.      The “Emex” Metal-Faced Paint with Hammer Blow Effect is intended for professional use for protecting and decorating of the metallic surfaces interior and exterior.

    The product is used for covering and protecting the new metal surfaces or surfaces which were painted before with other compatible coatings, both in indoor and outdoor conditions.

     This type of paint can be used with good results on any metal surface that requires an intense protection, and a superior decorative aspect. Given a correct preparation of the surface it is recommended to mechanically cleaning and previously priming with “Emex” Automotive Type Anticorrosive Base Coat, preferably gray.

     The product especially recommended for metallic furniture it is used also for: pipes, ducts, tanks, radiators, sheet metal, frames and metallic racks, grills, railings, metallic mounting brackets, balusters, gates, metal fittings, iron poles, scenes, beams, metal stands and metallic canopies, etc.

     Taking into consideration that the product has in its constitution intense solvents, for the surfaces that have been painted before it is required to completely remove the previous layers of paint by scraping them with the “Emex CM Cleaner” Remover or “Emex PC ECO” Ecologic Remover, or by performing compatible tests.

     It is recommended for protection of over ground construction elements.

     It is not recommended for new galvanized steel or stainless steel.
