Description

     The “Emex” Parquet and Furniture Varnish is a monocomponent, professional product, based on urethane-alkyd resin, specific additives and solvents, polishable, with superior finishing qualities for wood surfaces with high strength and resistance to detergents and chemical agents. It is used in both domestic and industrial applications, for finishing the parquet or floors, or other wood surfaces of different essences, but also furniture. It is distinguished by its remarkable resistance to staining agents such as tea, coffee, fruits, etc.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex” Parquet and Furniture Varnish is intended for both domestic and industrial application, for finishing the parquet or floors, or other wood surfaces of different essences, but also furniture.

      The surfaces which will be covered with acrylic-urethane parquet varnish are raked then polished with abrasive paper with medium granulation, until all roughness are removed; the resulted dust is removed with soft bristle brushes, fabric cleaning rag, or by aspiration .

     If the surface has been varnished before, it is recommended complete removal of the previous layer by the same process as the new parquet, raking followed by polishing. You bear in mind the removal of any dirt or fats trace impregnated in fiber.

     Where previous protection is very good, it will just polish with abrasive paper and the resulted dust will be removed. Mandatory, there will be tests for compatibility with the previous layer and it will pass on to varnishing only if they match.

     The application of the parquet varnishwill be made in at least 2 layers. For optimum results is indicated the application of 3 layers.

      If the application will be on furniture, you will also bear in mind the good cleaning of the support, and mandatory application will be made in 3 layers. In the first two layers it will be made an intermediate polishing, the third being the final layer, that will not be polished anymore.
