Description

     The “Emex” Bicomponent Polyurethane Paint is a professional product, based on polyurethane resins polyol type, pigments, specific additives and organic solvents, which interlace with isocyanate as hardener. The product is characterized by exceptional adhesion to the support, resistance and great stability to weather conditions and UV, in highly aggressive chemical, acidic or alkaline environments, or great variations of temperature, wear and abrasion resistance, etc. The EMEX bicomponent polyurethane paint can be colored in any shade of the RAL color card.

     The “Emex” Bicomponent Polyurethane Paint is intended for professional use for protection and decoration of metal, wood or concrete surfaces, new or old, both interior and exterior conditions.

     It is used with excellent results on all surfaces requiring a superior protection against aggressive factors, from friction to exposure to strong chemical aggressive areas, weather conditions, prolonged immersion or frequent temperature variations.

     The “Emex” bicomponent polyurethane paint is sanitary approved and is recommended for special conditions of hygiene such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of European standards..

     For proper preparation of the metal surfaces is recommended mechanical cleaning and previously priming with “Emex” epoxy anti corrosive base coat, or with “Emex” Anti corrosive poliurethane base coat. For concrete surfaces or other mineral materials it is recommended the brushing and covering with “Emex” polyurethane impregnation base coat.

     The product is recommended for: - surfaces of steel, frames and metallic racks, grills, railings, metal furniture, other metal surfaces that require a superior protection, car body elements or equipment, pieces or sections of the ships, - concrete boards, concrete pools or basins, masonry, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plaster based on binding material, gypsum board, absorbent mineral conglomerates; - any wood surfaces.
