“EMEX” PAINT FOR TILE AND ASBESTOS CEMENT

Description

     The “Emex” Paint for Concrete Tiles and Asbestos Cement Boards is a hydro-soluble of dispersion product, based on acryl-styrene copolymers, specific additives, fillers and pigments intended for protecting and decorating the concrete tile boards or asbestos cement surfaces. A special feature of this product is that it can be applied directly to tile boards out of the oven at a temperature about 55 ° C, with a drying time of about 4 min. This type of paint is colored in about 12 standard colors, and does not allow using tinting pastes.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex” Paint for Concrete Tiles and Asbestos Cement Boards, due to its superior properties both as a product and as a film, but especially due to its great resistance to the UV, is especially indicated for protecting and finishing the concrete tile roofs or asbestos cement boards.

     It can be also used as final layer for covering any type of surfaces with mineral base: concrete, masonry, BCA, stone, bricks, arch bricks, lime and cement plasters, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plasters based on binding materials, gypsum boards, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, organic or mineral old paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings.

     It can also be successfully used on other surfaces such as: OSB, MDF, PAL, ply, panel, linen, cardboard, expanded polystyrene.

The “Emex” Paint for Asbestos Cement and Tiles can be washed even with the hose and is hard influenced by dirt.

    When applied on other supports than the concrete tiles located on the production flow at the exit from the oven (at a temperature of approx. 55 ° C), the surfaces will be mandarorily prepared with “Emex” Wall Primer or “Emex” Anti-Mold Primer. Areas affected by mold or fungi, or just liable to, will be cleaned with  “Emex” Forte Sanitizer prior to application of the acrylic primer.
