     The “Emex Mineral Protect” Varnish for Concrete is a professional ecological product based on acrylic resins diluted with water, special additives, fillers and hidrophobizing agents, designed for fixing and protecting the concrete or generally cement surfaces, against water, while maintaining their natural aspect. The product has a good power of penetrating and resistance to water or water infiltrations, ensuring the prevention of erosion effects caused by these. It contains cutting edge ecologic biocides for protection against fungi or molds.

     The “Emex Mineral Protect” Varnish for Concrete is a professional product base on pure acrylic resins, special fillers and hidrophobizing agents designed for fixing the concrete or cemented surfaces in general but especially against water action while maintaining their natural aspect, with good resistance to water, fats, etc.

     The product has a good power of penetrating and resistance to water or water infiltration, ensuring the prevention of erosion effects caused by these. It contains cutting edge ecologic biocides for protection against fungi or molds.

     This type of protection varnish is intended for economic protection of the over ground concrete walls located inside or outside, against infiltrations, dirt and decay. The product can be applied on any type of surfaces to achieve an economic protection against water, maintaining the textured aspect of the support.

     The surfaces which will be covered with protection varnish for concrete, based on water, are cleaned of dust and adequately degreased, for removal of any traces of dirt or fats. Any existing protection, regardless of their nature, is recommended to be removed completely, especially if does not know with certainty the type or component of the layer used before, or there will be tests for compatibility.

     For other types of mineral surfaces such as brick you should bear in mind that the surface is hard and compact, without risk of exfoliation or cracking.
