Description

     The Anti Mold “Emex” Emulsion Paint is a high quality emulsion product based on acryl-styrene copolymers, with the addition of last generation ecologic biocides, for preventing the occurrence of dampness, used for decoration and protection of surfaces exposed to the occurrence of all kinds of fungi, with good covering power and adherence to the support. Applied correctly, this paint has a good resistance in time, without deteriorating the aspect. It is fabricated in any shade according to the NCS color card, or it can be colored with coloring paste.

Utilization Domains

     The Anti Mold “Emex” Emulsion Paint is intended for protection and superior finishing the interior surfaces of civil and industrial buildings, new or old, walls or ceilings of different structures and for prevention of the occurrence of mold.

     Although this type of emulsion paint has a high resistance, it is not suitable for areas directly exposed to excess dirt, dust, fats and steam. It is recommended for areas with average circulation and exposure, both for civil buildings and the industrial ones.

     It is used as final layer for covering the following types of surfaces with mineral base: concrete, masonry, lime and cement plaster, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plaster based on binding material, gypsum board, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, old organic or mineral paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings.

     It can also be successfully used on other surfaces such as OSB, MDF, PAL, ply, panel, linen, cardboard, asbestos cement, expended polystyrene.

     For achieving a superior painting, for the application it is recommended to previously use “Emex” Pore Equalization and Filling Base Coat.

     Areas affected by mold or fungi will be cleaned with  “Emex” Forte Sanitizer.

     Mandatory, prior to applying paint, new surfaces will be prepared with “Emex” Wall Primer or “Emex” Anti Mold Primer.
