Description

     The “Emex AQ Bar” Elastic Waterproof Paint is a, professional product, based on specific copolymers with addition of additives and efficient fillers for protecting and decorating the masonry and plasters, providing also a good protection against any type of infiltration, thus avoiding the significant damages caused by environmental factors. The product is used both for the waterproofing of areas exposed to water, (recommended for pools), and for protecting of those exposed to vibration, noise, moving, etc., having soundproof properties.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex AQ Bar” Elastic Waterproofing Paint, practically impermeable, is intended for professional use, for protecting against infiltration or environmental factors, and for superior decorating of interior or exterior surfaces, showing a very high adherence on most types of surfaces. The hydro isolated films, with a very high elasticity, formed by applying the product, give a very good resistance against water blocking infiltration on long-term or the appearance of the rust.

     It is used specifically to: swimming pools, terraces, foam or polyurethane membrane, light hydro isolations.

     Areas affected by mold or fungi, or just liable to, will be cleaned with  “Emex” Forte Sanitizer prior to applying a recommended primer.

     It can be also used as final layer for covering a wide range of surfaces with mineral base, such as: concrete, masonry, BCA, stone, bricks, arch bricks, lime and cement plasters, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plasters based on binding materials, gypsum boards, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, organic or mineral old paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings or other surfaces such as: sheet table, galvanized steel, tin sheet, copper, aluminum, polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, OSB, ply, panel, linen, cardboard, expanded polystyrene.

     With strong sound-absorbent properties is used in areas where it wants realizing an insulation of the support (i.e. sheet table roofs).
