Description

    The “Emex CM Cleaner” remover solution is a professional product, highly efficient based on chlorinated solvents. It is used for scarping the old layers of paints and enamels applied on wood, metal, masonry, or for removing synthetic adhesives, polyurethane foams, fats, adhesive solutions such as glue for wood (prenadez), products based on natural or synthetic resins, etc.

     This remover is in the form of a paste because it will also be applied on vertical surfaces and the evaporation will be delayed.

    The “Emex CM Cleaner” remover solutionis a professional product used for cleaning and scarping old layers of paint and enamels applied on wood, metal and masonry, or for removal of synthetic adhesives, polyurethane foams, fats, adhesive solutions such as glue for wood (prenadez), products based on natural or synthetic resins.

     This type of remover has a great amplitude, and for less known materials is required either manufacturer’s recommendations or prior tests, but we mention some of the most common materials which will be removed: paints and alkyd enamels, acrylics (emulsions), synthetic plasters, alkyd - urethane paints, nitrocellulose, adhesives such as prenadez, grouts based on synthetic resins, other products.

    When applied, the “Emex CM Cleaner” removerwill be used undiluted. It is not recommended in any way diluting it, but in special cases, and only the manufacturer's instructions. After the appearance of the inflation effect (about 1-3 minutes), the layer of paint (glue, etc.) will be cleaned with under pressure water or with the spatula.

    You will bear in mind that the application must be made at a temperature above 5°C and if necessary it will be repeated. For thick coatings, such as polymer plasters, to achieve the desired effect, it is required to apply an additional layer of remover, before total removal of the film.
