Description

     The “Emcolor” Enameled Economical Satin Alkyd Paint is a monocomponent, economical product, based on alkyd resin, pigments, specific additives, solvents and fillers used as final layer in protection systems of steel, concrete and wood surfaces, both in indoor conditions, as outdoor. It is characterized by Great adherence to support, covering power, capacity of bearing and enameled sheen. It has a limited resistance at aggressive factors. It is indicated for over ground elements. It is fabricated only in the basic shades of the RAL color card.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emcolor” Enameled Economical Satin Alkyd Paint is intended for decorative or industrial finishing of interior or exterior surfaces.

     It is used as final layer in protection systems for:

     - metal surfaces: pipes, ducts, tanks, radiators, sheet metal, frames and metallic racks, grills, railings, metal furniture, metal mounting brackets, fences, railings, gates, metal fittings, iron poles, scenes, beams, metal stands and canopies, etc..

     - surfaces with mineral base: concrete, masonry, lime and cement plasters, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, cardboard plates, new or old plasters based on binding materials, asbestos cement,

     - Surfaces of wood: MDF, OSB, plywood, wainscoting, eaves, cases, panels, beams, ply, panel, etc..

     For metallic surfaces covering it is recommended the preparation with “EMEX” alkyd anticorrosion base coat, or “Neomatt” Economical base coat.

     When is applied on wood surfaces, it is recommended the preparation of surface by prior covering with “Emex” Ironware base coat.

     The product has enameled aspect, which can be kept as such, for achieving of another aesthetic effect you can super varnish with “Emex” alkyd varnish.

     It is recommended for protection of over ground construction elements.

     It is not recommended for new galvanized steel or stainless steel.
