Description

     The Exterior “Emex” Super washable paint is a high quality hydro-soluble product, based on Latex acrylic polymers for painting of the exterior surfaces, with great covering power, good adherence to the support and matted finish. Applied correctly, this type of emulsion paint has a high resistance to weather without deterioration of the aspect. It contains last generation ecological biocides, which gives a good resistance to fungi and molds. It is fabricated in any shade according to the NCS color card, or it can be colored with coloring paste.

     The Exterior “Emex” Super washable paint is intended for protection and superior finishing of the exterior surfaces of civil and industrial buildings, new or old, of different structures.

     Although this type of paint has a high resistance to weather, moisture, climatic factors, etc., it is not indicated for areas directly exposed to excess dirt, dust, fats or abrasion (e.g. curbs, railings on the roads, lanes, etc. ). It is recommended for areas with average exposure, both civil and industrial buildings.

     It is used as final layer for covering the following types of surfaces with mineral base: concrete, masonry, lime and cement plaster, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plaster based on binding material, gypsum board, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, old organic or mineral paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings.

     It can also be successfully used on other surfaces such as: OSB, MDF, PAL, ply, panel, linen, carton, asbestos cement, expanded polystyrene.

     Areas affected by mold or fungi will be cleaned with“Emex” Forte Sanitizer.

     Prior preparation is required for new or repainted surfaces before applying paint. Mandatory, new surfaces will be prepared with “Emex” Wall primer or “Emex”anti mold wall primer.
