“EMEX” CHLORINATED RUBBER PAINT FOR PAVING AND TRAFFIC

Description

     The “Emex” CHLORINATED RUBBER PAINT FOR PAVING is a monocomponent professional product based on chlorinated rubber emulsions, pigments, additives, plasticizers and special solvents, with addition of alpha corundum or quartz flour for hardness. The product, very resistant both to water and to friction or abrasion, has as main destination the painting of the concrete paving, either for protecting them, or just for marking (possibly with the addition of micro-beads glass). The Chlorinated rubber paint can be colored in any shade of the RAL card color.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex” CHLORINATED RUBBER PAINT FOR FLOORS is intended for professional use for protecting and decorating the concrete paving, both interior and exterior conditions.

     Due to the addition of hard materials, which increase the resistance to wear and abrasion is used with very good results on any surface that require an intense protection against different factors, from weather to operating in areas of friction or intense traffic.

     For the correct preparation of the surface is recommended the removal of any traces of paints by application of an “Emex CM Cleaner” remover, or an “Emex PC ECO” Remover followed by mechanically cleaning and previously priming with “Emex” Alloprene Impregnation Base Coat.

     The product is recommended for the concrete paving (or generally horizontal surfaces), mosaic, founded cement tiles, cement self-leveling screeds, mineral screeds with or without self-leveling, other mineral surfaces previously tested that require protection against traffic, moisture but also a superior aspect, and also for pools.

     The CHLORINATED RUBBER PAINT FOR PAVING can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying with air or air-less. It will not be applied in thick layers, or with a drawer.

     The dilution will be done with “Emex” Diluent for Chlorinated rubber paints.
