Description

     The “Emex FlexiPol” Elastic Polyurethane Paint is a professional product based on polyurethane resin, polio type, pigments, special additives and organic solvents, which interlaces with isocianates as hardener. The product is characterized by exceptional adherence to the support, great resistance to weather and UV, in mild aggressive chemical environments, high temperature variations, traffic, etc. elasticity and great flexibility, waterproofing properties, etc. This type of polyurethane paint can be colored in a wide range of RAL colors.

     The “Emex FlexiPol” Elastic Polyurethane Paint is intended as professional use for painting the horizontal surfaces exterior or interior in order to protect them against chemical or environmental factors, waterproofing and superior decorating, with very resistant films, flexible and elastic.

     It is used with excellent results on all surfaces requiring a superior protection against aggressive factors, from friction to exposure to mild chemical aggressive environments, weather, long time emersion, frequent temperature variations, hydrocarbons presence, special waterproofing, etc.

     The polyurethane elastic paint is sanitary approved and is recommended for special conditions of hygiene such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of European standards.

     For the correct preparation of the surfaces is required the mechanical cleaning for removing any spot or traces of contaminants, especially fats with “Emex” Polyurethane Impregnation Base Coat.

     The product is recommended for concrete surfaces, mosaic, founded cement tiles, cement self-leveling screeds, mineral screeds with or without self-leveling, terraces, exterior backyards, stairs, pools, roofs, etc. Due to its high resistance to different factors, both mechanical and chemical, but also to its elasticity, this polyurethane paint can be applied on surfaces exposed to attacks of any kind, on surfaces where it is required a good waterproofing, but also an exceptional decorative aspect.
